Successful candidates are certified (CPP) payroll professionals who possess a broad understanding of payroll topics in order to leverage course content and structure classroom, participant materials and instructional media in a manner conducive to effective learning. In addition, computer expertise, the ability to effectively administer a course to adult students, and excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Time management and punctuality are vital. Bachelor s degree required, Master's preferred. Prior experience teaching adult learners is necessary. PayTrain 1 will run from October 11 through December 6, 2017. Class time is 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Possibility of continuance into the Spring of 2018. Participants will be over the age of 18.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
