JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Penn State World Campus is seeking a Program Marketing Manager for its experienced team of marketing professionals. This position, which reports to the Associate Director of Program and International Marketing, is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies for several of our online degree and certificate programs. Penn State World Campus is one of the nation's most respected providers of online higher education. We collaborate with Penn State's academic units and colleges to offer more than 150 Penn State degrees and certificate programs online. This person will work with a team of marketing professionals, web strategists, creative specialists, data analysts, and market researchers to develop data-driven marketing plans, manage marketing budgets, implement targeted campaigns and monitor campaign performance. You will serve as the marketing lead, interacting with staff and faculty for our online programs. This position is ideal for an experienced strategic thinking marketing candidate who is collaborative, creative, and demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This individual will be responsible for the following:
serves as the marketing lead on a few of our undergraduate and graduate programs and uses research to understand a program's target audience, competitive positioning, and value proposition; develops and presents data-driven marketing plans that define the program's objectives, strategies, tactics, and performance metrics; works with marketing leadership and key stakeholders to set annual program goals; collaborates with multiple departments within marketing (marketing strategy, creative team, media team, web strategy) to ensure on-time execution of marketing initiatives; create content and messaging for print and digital ads, email campaigns, program websites and brochures, and other marketing materials; use of Google Analytics to track and measure marketing outcomes, including lead generation and marketing activities; create and present marketing reports on key strategies initiated, successes, and updates on marketing initiatives; manage program marketing budgets. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies and can demonstrate the fundamental principles of marketing. The position requires a bachelor's degree or higher plus four years of marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
