Prospect, establish, and develop profitable relationships with the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) strictly associated with the investment Advisor Representative (IAR) and other types of institutional investment firms within a designated territory. Partner internally with key centers of influence, and externally with sub advisors to support territory business development and deliver an exceptional client experience. What You Will Learn:

What Success Looks Like:
Introduce and expand Transamerica's mutual fund and ETF presence within a designated region. Primary clients are Registered Investment Advisors (RIA's), Investment Advisor Representatives (IAR's) and their supporting centers of influence including gatekeepers, analysts, Chief Investment Officers (CIO's), Owners, and members of the RIA's investment committee. Additional prospecting for business development could include Outsourced Chief Investment Officers (OCIO), Turnkey Asset Manager Programs (TAMP's), and Family Office. Create an effective territory management plan that engages assigned internal distribution partners, encourages proactive industry networking and allows for effective support of the immediate team as well as the larger organization. Leverage industry contacts for opportunities to cross-sell internal products and services. Serve as a subject matter expert on mutual funds and ETFs to effectively engage audiences at the CIO level. Execute on business plans and meet key activity and sales metrics as established by the organization. What You Need:
Bachelor's degree in a business related field or equivalent work experience Five years of financial services industry experience, including three years working directly with RIA's FINRA Series 7 and 63 Excellent understanding of investing, asset allocation and capital markets Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills Excellent presentation, writing, and analytical skills to engage with clients, prospects, and sub advisors in the areas of financial analysis and planning, life events, and economic topics Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment Proficiency using MS Office tools Preferred
Qualifications:
Five years of external sales experience CFA, CIMA, CFP, CPA or other relevant designations Knowledge of Transamerica mutual funds and ETF's Working Conditions Office environment or work remote from home Extensive travel in territory (75%)
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
AccountingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
